1. My message light keeps blinking...How do I get it to stop blinking?

Leave the handset in the cradle and press Intercom #409

2. How do I record my greeting?

If the message waiting light is blinking press the message waiting button and follow prompts (enter the password and follow the tutorial)

If the Message waiting light is not blinking.. press intercom > enter the pilot (usually 50, 100 or 850) > enter the voice mail extension > enter the password > follow the tutorial

3. How do I check my messages?

If your message waiting light is blinking... press intercom > enter the voice mail extension > enter the password

4. How do I access my voice mail from outside the office?

Once you hear the main greeting come on press (*) > enter the voice mail extension > enter the password

5. How do I make conference calls?

Dial the first number (wait for them to answer) > press the cnf/trn button > dial 9 and the rest of the 2nd phone number > after the second party has answered press the cnf/trn button to connects the calls.

6. How do I call forward my extension?

Press intercom #6011> enter the extension or 9 + phone number or mailbox number

7. How Do I cancel call forward?

Press intercom #6051 > Hang up

8. How do I store Company speed dials?

Press intercom #66 >enter the speed dial code (100-999)> enter the phone number (9-1 and the rest of the number)>press # to save

9. How do I store personal speed dials?

Press intercom #66 >enter the speed dial code (0- 99)> enter the phone number (9-1 and the rest of the number)>press # to save

10. How do I Transfer a call directly to voice mail?

Press cnf/trn > press #407> enter the extension or mailbox number > press #

11. How do I adjust the Volume?

Ringer- Hold the volume button up or down while your phone is idle

Speaker- press the speaker button up or down

Headset- pick up the handset and hold the volume button up or down

To change the System Date:

  1. Press feature +(00)+(left intercom)+(left intercom)+#101 at extension 10 or 11.
  2. Enter today's date in the form "mmddyy" (month, day, and year), including leading zeros for single-digit months or days. For example, to enter April 26, 2001, press 042601. A display similar to the following appears:

  3. Select another procedure, or exit programming mode.

Use this feature to set the time that appears on system display telephones.

  • Enter the time in 24-hour notation. In this scheme, the hours of the day are 0000 (12 midnight) to 2359 (11:59 p.m.). Since each time must have four digits, use leading zeros when necessary.
  • The time appears on system display phones as a.m. or p.m. (not in 24-hour notation).

To change the System Time:

  1. Press feature +(00)+(left intercom)+(left intercom)+#103 at extension 10 or 11.

Enter a new time in 24-hour notation. For example, to set the time to 2:15 p.m., press 1415.
